1. Eligibility

3. Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential

Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may not share your account or login credentials with another person.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and other approved payment processors.

Relationships Off Autopilot does not store complete payment card information.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

Certain products are offered as recurring subscriptions.

Memberships may be billed:

Monthly

Annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless stated in the applicable refund policy.

6. Coaching Appointments

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed by Relationships Off Autopilot.

7. Refund Policies

Different products and services may have different refund policies.

The refund policy presented at the time of purchase for the applicable product, program, membership, workshop, retreat, coaching service, or digital product governs that purchase.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the refund policy associated with that specific offering.

8. Retreats & Live Events

Retreats, workshops, and live events may have separate terms and cancellation policies.

Participants are responsible for their own:

Travel

Accommodation

Transportation

Insurance

Other personal expenses

Participation may require acceptance of an additional liability waiver before attending the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products remains the exclusive property of Relationships Off Autopilot or its licensors.

10. Community Standards

If you participate in any community operated by Relationships Off Autopilot, including private communities, discussion forums, social media groups, or membership communities, you agree to interact respectfully with other members.

We reserve the right to remove users or terminate access for behavior including, but not limited to:

Harassment

Hate speech

Threats

Spam

Sharing copyrighted materials

Sharing confidential member information

Attempting to disrupt the community

11. Testimonials

From time to time, clients may voluntarily provide testimonials.

We will obtain permission before publishing testimonials that identify you.

Individual results vary, and testimonials should not be interpreted as guarantees of future outcomes.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Relationships Off Autopilot provides educational services and coaching.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

Improved relationships

Personal growth

Emotional outcomes

Financial outcomes

Marriage outcomes

Relationship reconciliation

Business success

Your results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and decisions.

13. Coaching Disclaimer

Relationships Off Autopilot provides coaching and educational services only.

Our services are not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.

If you require mental health treatment, legal assistance, or medical care, you should seek an appropriately licensed professional.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability
